Shipping policy
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This does not include shipping time.
Certain items may require a longer 7 to 14 business day processing time (excluding weekends and holidays). This will be notated on the product pages to which this applies. This does not include shipping time.
During high volume shipping times (COVID-19 constraints, holidays), there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available with a minimum subtotal (not including taxes or shipping) of $50.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@taylormadecustomcreations.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
